Get thy dog to a good vet. This dog has worms. My dog used to do the same thing, and had to be on medication to kill the worms.

you need to take this dog to a vet. He probably has trapped feces in a gland in his but the vet can relieve him. A lot of dogs do this though usually not backwards |
