you cant compare size? wtf are you on about. nfl players run 4.3 40s? listen man.. there are rugby players who run at a near olympic speed. bryan habana for example runs 100m in 10.1 seconds. doug howlett 10.2. jonah lomu who was 6ft 5, 280 pounds ran 100m in 10.5. rugby players aren't as strong? rugby players are some of the strongest guys you will ever come across. andrew sheridan bench presses 500 pounds everyday and squats 650 pounds everyday for a warm up.

Acctually you have to have a half a brain to think it's tights, its spandex. Second of all if you want to compare sizes to the ones in the nfl, you have no argument. Thirdly, nfl player acomplish the impossible. They run 4.3 40's with pads and helmets on and are waaay stronger that rugby players. The only reason people think its a tough sport, is because they arent wearing helmets and pads. Plus the only pads football players wear are shoulder, helmets, and leg pads
