True, everyone rounds on heavy set, but that's the worse time to do it!! I hurt my lower back doing that at 455lbs. I was sore for 6 months...

yea, thats what i was saying as well, but, everyone rounds on a heavy set. lol.

need to work on keeping body in a straighline when going up and down. Work on the back runding and you will be solid. Keep up the work. But work on the form ;)
