I went to the Riverside, CA Mitsubishi dealership last night. A 2009 Mitsubshi Ralliant was $26k. A 2008 Evo MR was about $29k. If you have the extra money go for the evo. It looks much more aggressive and you don't have to explain what your car is. Just say that you have an evo and everyone will be awed. With the ralliant you would have to explain how it is different from a gts and regular lancer

mitsubishi has leased the 4g63t platform to hyundai before, so i dont see why mitsubishi wouldnt ask for the genesis' v8.

I have a lancer it's good on gas you'll see the gaslight 8 times or more before you run out of gas! not really too much space for hauling anyone but yourself and a passenger though.
