What I love about all these dog competitions (flyball, agility, frisbee etc.) is the dogs obviously absolutley love every second of it.

those are some pretty high jumps.... i think the highest our team jumps are 12s, and thats with one of our border jacks as a height dog

There is catching involved. At the box, when they step on it, the ball pops out and they have to catch it. These boxes are different to the ones we have, but I think the dogs need to catch the balls. If the dogs aren't good at catching or drop the ball, it really slows the team down. I think you and your dog should give it a try, sounds like your dog would be pretty good at flyball!

so, the ball doesn't actually fly? my dog is awesome at catching tennies on the bounce, and he's fast as heck. but there's no catching involved, i see. :(
