yes, I eat 3 servings of Peanut Butter (low-fat) every day on each of my Powerbars. Good source of fats and protein! Thank you!

believe it or not, you can be a vegetarian and get all the protein you need. (tofu, cottage cheese, Whole Grain Power Bars, and Whey protein shakes). I eat lots of brocolli and potatoes, oats, cottage cheese.) I'm eating about 3600 calories a day at 190 lbs. 60-25-15 ratio (carbs-protein-fats). If anybody wants a copy of my diet I'd give it to you. Its only costing me $10.00 a day for all of my food intake - which is DIRT cheap if you know how expensive it is to eat a musclebuilding diet.

thanks man for ur good advice, I think i have the same problem that u had i hv been working out 4-5 days aweek for 9-month now, but my i dont see no result i m still 143-lb my hieght is same as u 5' 7 body fat 29% I eat almost prefect everyday my goal is to reach 165lb. please help me out I realy need to get this some sense.
