Wow, these pullups suck! I'm an idiot, so I'm not going to bother reading any of the previous comments about kipping pullups; I'll just assume they're doing it wrong, because obviously I know what their training goals are and the best way to achieve them! Crossfit sucks - even though I've never tried it, I know that my isolated movements and 30 minute low-impact cardio at LA Fitness is better!! WHIIIIIIIINE!

yea its a god way to get conditioned thats it. your not gonna gain speed, power, or explosiveness doing crossfit. just stamina.
