This is me doing my first plyometric workout in phase 2 of the Vertical Jump bible Strength Focused. lol its kinda shame for me to perform exercise when one of my family members is see me doing that stuff i actually go alone when i workout cannot do like he does watch by that old man man ur tough lol

Nice... although on the 3 step jumps, do it like your doing a one leg jump...run up and on the third step is a jump

the three step jump is supposed to mimic an actual running jump so you want to explode in speed in those first 3 steps then take off as high as you can like a normal jump. i would suggest doing them in a place where you can really reach high without hitting the ceiling too. i do mine in my garage with tape marking high points i want to try and hit.
