Great tutorial it helped a lot, tryng to adapting this to nunchaku has been hard... Anyone know of any videos that show a chucker doing this well? Mines still pretty dodgy atm :P

poi is basicly a weight on the end of a piece of string or chain. all poi looks different and have different names for example ribbon poi, sock poi, fire poi, meteor poi, the list goes on, but all are basicly a weight on a length of chain which is used for tricks and colorful designs if using a camera with a long shutter exposure, have a search about 'fire poi' on here gives a good few videos, but if you just want information i suggest wikipedia :) hope this helped.
