Yes, he took steroids and yes he has admitted that too. But he and others didn't take as much as they do now, they take new sorts (HgH for example) and huge amounts. The old school guys took for example Dianabol. D-bol was legal for some time during Arnold's days as a BB, it was banned around 1970.
