He told them that we didn't care how much the oil cost, but it had to be sold to us in American dollars. Only one country refused. Iraq. Guess who was running that country at the time? He does. The wars were unnecessary and only caused chaos. What do you mean the US didn't start them? The US were the ones that did the invading, the terrorist attacks weren't even done by the countries the US invaded.
