Kuji Kiri is the secret method of finger weaving used by the ninjas of Japan. Originally, these were Aryan Hindu ksatrian warrior methods that were passed along via Buddhism to Japan. Used for health as well as meditation, they are highly effective in both jujitsu and health maintenance, being useful for the prevention and treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis since they gently stretch the tendons and increase qi flow through the hand meridians.

Qi energy is the same as the Holy Spirit. Many Christians know of its usefulness in the "laying on of hands" methods of healing. And it is written about in the NT as the fire over the heads of the believers. Jesus had Qi in great abundance; and He taught "what I do, you also can do". All of the Internal Martial Arts are powered by Qi; without Qi they are useless. When Jesus passed through the crowd of Jews who were trying to catch Him, He used His river of Qi to flow around and twist away.

Following your parents' wishes, is a basic teaching of martial arts. An honorable and obediant son, is a joy to any parent. Bringing joy to one's parents, brings joy and success to one's own life. Such loyal sons will find the highest level of martial arts, someday. Read "Tao Te Ching", "Analects of Confucius" and "Bhagavadgita" to find solace. And secretly practice what you find on YouTube to learn whatever you find of interest. These mudras will give you a secret power if you practice them.

Jesus was an expert at Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, so you will find this very useful in modern Christianity, especially for developing the Healing Hands or Laying on of Hands methods.
