I know what sample you are talking about since "The Child in Us" is one of my favorite songs. You have to understand that like Cretu, Angel Tears purchased the sample from a company which sells sound samples. So it's not faking or stealing.

not necessarily. the vocal part is similar, could be a mantra both artists used. the rest sounds similar as far as chillout music in general sounds similar. i like both.
