i first heard this track off of Urbal Beats: Definitive Guide to Electronic Music, a compilation CD put together by URB magazine. this is from 1997. i can't believe how fast 10 years flew by.

Ya because nearly a third of all the people I've ever met that smoke pot totally don't do it every couple hours, and they definitely don't talk all day about smoking, and how they're going to get their next batch.
