Bodyweight exercise can, indeed, make you big(ger). Start doing pushups and chinups throughout the day. Eventually, get to the point where you can do 30 pups at a time and 10 chins. Now, do 10 sets of those so you're doing 100 chins and 300 pushups throughout the day. You WILL get bigger -- lats, triceps, chest, delts.

I LOVED THE CAT!!! Its the cutest thing ever, and the workout looks kinda hard, but probably effective as long as you do it i guess.
