Here are the facts (first of all, I cannot believe you would refer to Chris Cornell (the leader of Soundgarden and such an influencial artist in the grunge movement) as "THAT GUY"
Audioslave is a compilation of the lead singer of Soundgarden and the band of RATM (Rage against the machine, to spell things out)
They broke up last year, and are both doing solo albums. Such a pity, Tom Morello's fingers and Chris Cornell's vocals were the most interesting combination!

when rage broke up they fromed audioslave all went not just tom and they got this singer but the rage guys went back to rage at the start of 08 and audioslave stoped but rage is back

rage agains tthe machine split up and one of them went to audioslave....i have no idea if they are still around...TOM MORELLO WAS SWEET LIVE
