Yes it does in the right motor. But in normal motors a 10% mix causes a major loss in power and a jump in fuel consumption. It also reduces engine life quite alot.

yeah its way too expensive and factory engines arent made to run alcohol. Because it burns hotter then gas, alcohol would just fry the rings and pistons
