I love the movies. a lot of people complain about the way Peter Jackson made the movies, and what scenes he changed or took out, but I really think no one could've done a better job. and all the movies are so long that even if he did add more scenes in, it probably would've made it too long and less interesting. I don't personally know anyone who doesn't like the movies. I do know a lot of people who like the movies way better than the books.
