in germany they used to jump in water to catch
ducks for the hunters.they where gun dogs.

those funny cuts are usually for show dogs, however, some of them are just more appealing to the dog instead of just a shaved look. I happen to have a poodle and i think this breed is one of the funnest, even though as a child i disliked the breed. btw, great show
