1. Repeat the pendulum experiment standing up. 2. Record the new, shorter peried. 3. Solve the period equation for the new effective length of the pendulim (l = gT^2) 4. The difference between the old l and the new l is the height of your center of mass!! It should be somewhere in your torso to double check your measurement

Great lecture, I might even do the exercises some day. Physics rocks!

@Saskachewan: I don't know about the banana, except that physics professors are often excentic. The chalk is placed at an angle on the board, friction makes it "jump" at regular interval, thus the dots.

Very funny instructor. Learning is too much fun!! :-)

Back off buddy, I'm only 15, it's an accomplishment that I can even moderately understand ANY college course to any extent.

This is lame you'll die in less you find this wicked fun or something... pointless to learn. Or in cases after learning this comes an outstanding job paying huge bundles of money.

...and that makes you a 14 years old Dutch-bag.

It's Harvard, meat head! It seems that you could use a basic English course... perhaps you will learn how to spell Harvard!

First Harvord, now this. What other schools will have a YouTube channel?
