spade121981 You are a MORON. Hit works 100%. I took a two month layoff from hit training. I was very weak after the layoff. I started training each body part twice a week. Then eventually once a week. Now I am training every four days. I am packing on muscle like I am on steroids. I can do 120 pound db flyes superset with a 330 pound smith incline press. Weighted dips for 180 pounds at a bodyweight of 197 and 12 percent body fat. GROW UP DUDE

All that is needed is enough stimulation in order to switch the growth mechanism, and to be stronger in each and every workout.2 sets/ 4 sets, it depends.The stronger you become the less time you need to train.All these boys calling Markus a liar etc just go back to your bedrooms and play on your consol games.

The average required minimum rate is every 4 days, often as little as 3 but it all depends on recovery rates. If your getting away with every 5 days and 4 sets you must have high potential but low recovery rate, improve your diet and that could speed up.
The reason for most people failing with hit is simply the inability to reach real failure in a short span, the dude in the vid doesn't once, he's being dramatic.
It's something that has to be learnt and that alone often takes months.

HIT has taught me to listen to my body: give youreslf enough time to recover and grow.I do 4 sets every 5 days;HIT works but varies amongst all.

Markus claims he trains 1 day a week and then on another video he finally admits to me he trains 3 to 4 days a week but then on another video"2 failure training with Markus reinhardt" he replies to somebody... and I quote "I train each muscle approx every 5-7 days"......gee which is it Markus...Its so obvious you're just trying to mislead people into thinking they can train 1 day a week and try and make a profit of them of you're bullshit website containing worthless information...give it up.LOL

Yates,peter paul,david dearth,arron baker all trained at least 3 to 4 days a week and so did Mentzer not one day a week like Mike trains to claim.
