Afroman copied part of this song in his song colt 45. when this song says ,"Have you ever went over a friends house to eat, and the food just aint no good? I mean the macaroni's soggy the pea's are mushed and the chicken taste like wood". afroman says have you ever gone over to a girls house to f*** and the P**** just aint no good? i mean your getting upset cause you cant get her wet plus your in the wrong neighborhood. could he not come up with his own beat?

There are very few ideas of any kind out there that are purely original. Everything from music to media to style gets redone and revived.

of course Snoop is not in N.W.A. in 93 but the producer of "Lodi Dodi" and all N.W.A. song is Dr. Dre, so that's his style...he samples some old classics and I like that...

N.W.A. don't copy...they just sample some classic hip hop songs to make them more popular...example:Snoop Dogg's "Lodi Dodi" has the same lyrics as Slick Rick's "La Di Da Di", but that's not copying...even at the start of the song Snoop says:"Gotta say wassup to my nigga Slick Rick..." |
