waynes dirty but not best alive.. if anyone thinks he is they are on some type of fucking weird ass drug, what about Jay-z, Andre 3k, Snoop, Dre, Ludacris? ect... there are too many that could be put ahead of this guy, and he didnt really have a solid album( that was by himself) until the carter ii, so he obviously isnt the best alive
