You have to set the bar entry point lower so you can rack it easier and avoid injuries. Also, hands should be further out to eliminate the strain on your rotator cuffs and eliminate the impulse to rotate your shoulders and point your elbows backwards. Finally, you need to eat better because with that type of strength you shouldnt be looking like a weak shit.
