it's not for attention it's for rehabilitation o.o these people are in a rehabilitation center and dancing is their method of rehab. Showing it on Youtube is just a plus for them (and for us if you ask me :3)

Ok who the heck are these people that get to be with the inmates? This has gotten way out of hand! The prison is no longer a prison it is now a circus! Byron must be loving this attention and his ego must be shooting thru the roof now.
