Why just blame the president? American elementary Math and Science education is mediocre at best. The universities are the best but 50% of them are foreigners. Blame the Foxnews Cheerleaders in their miniskirts and the HDTV. I love watching Sarah Palin in HDTV , LOL. Palin for 2012.

Mumbai: A high-level delegation of software industry body Nasscom will travel to the US in March 2009 to lobby officials of the new Obama administration and make sure that Barack Obama's Presidency won't sound the end of outsourcing business.
The Nasscom delegation will meet officials of the Obama administration, influencers (Senators) and key think tanks in the US.
