I might show this video to anyone who can't throw a backhand but the overhand and chicken wing are virtually useless throws in ultimate frisbee, they lack a high level of control. The Sidearm is also a British pronunciation and it is usually called the forehand or flick on the US east cost.

that's the totally wrong way to throw the forehand... you're supposed to step with the same foot as your throwing arm... otherwise it's a travel! super duper important
