May they rest in Peace. When someone places their child up for adoption they should make it an open one. To make sure one can check out couple ,home,behavior,morals ,finances. States sometimes adopt out to anyone I have seen it. A Mom who isn't married etc thinks she's giving child a better chance. Be careful ! |
