Proof that you can train with bad form and still be a world class bodybuilder.
You don't need roids: Just keep track of the numbers. And EAT.

The good thing here is tempo...I hate tempo, anything over 1010 makes me pissed. I just lift the weight putting all of my strenght on it and control it down enough to hang on to that max tension level pump i got, but not count seconds on the way down or try to spend eternity in a maximal tension high like a greedy junkie

well it depends on if your fat or not. if you have a little extra body fat then you should go low on calories so the muscle is more defined but if your already pretty skinny then yeah more calories are good are good

That's bullshit, you need high protein AND high calories. The reason for this is because your body needs to have surplus energy left over for use in the process of protein synthesis (the process by which your body repares its damaged cells). If you eat low calories, all your carbohydrate will be used up in respiration, and your body can't use the protein you've eaten to recover and build muscle tissue. It is important that the calories are in the form of complex carbohydrate like those in pasta. |
