I have anxiety attacks, too. I don't get them that often, though. Last one I had was in October. I had to quit a job due to an anxiety attack which was due to stress. I didn't even know it was an anxiety attack at the time. It wasn't until I started reading about panic and anxiety attacks that I realized I had one.
I feel honored you think I'm a cool Canadian kid. You made me smile today. :)
