HEXOR Six-Legged Autonomous Hill Climbing Robot
Hexor is a Six-Legged robot that Garran, Matthew and Kevin modified to climb up hills. This was our Senior Project in Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 2008.
It uses an ARM7 microcontroller, Servo Controller Board, Character LCD display, Dual Axis Accelerometer, Actuator motor connected to a gear train and lever arm, 18 hobby servos, and about 3500 lines of C code.
