i really liked this commercial. yes it did give tips, but it also show that its not something you just wake up and decide some day. ive never felt good enough with my body since i was a young girl. i was of a normal weight, but i was convinced i was huge. its carried with me. i didnt just wake up and decide it one day.

how do you think they get the model/actress for the end of commercial? is it someone in recovery? is it camera tricks? is it a model? an actress that starved herself to be in the commercial? ...

It is a voice in the head, who says what to do. And you should listen to that voice otherwise you a failure development.
ANOREXIA IS A DISEASE.
and horrible.

I like this video, becuase even though it "gives" more tips...at least for me, these are things I've heard for years (eating disorder for yrs)...and it shows the emaciated girl at the end...eating disorder or not...i do NOT want to look like her or be isolated from the world like she is (i am already)...it shows the negative aspect with the tips...thats why i like it.

I understand where this commercial is coming from and all, but I feel like it is just giving tips more then help.
Because, I do suffer from an ed, and I feel like this just gave me plenty of tips.
But it is extremly sad, and I hope it gave an anti-ed message somewhere to someone.
