=P Assuming the temple which they train from are non corrupt by modern day society, they train in Kickboxing as well as several other martial arts before including Taekwondo, Karate, and other western arts until they start fully specializing in branches of Kung fu...=/

NOT think about it, shaolin monk are trained to master several kung fu style, which has been develop and made better through thousand of year. They have been every day since they were 5 year or younger. they are trained by masters who had trained it themself since they were born. THey can balance themself of a freakspear, and can master incredible pain. you can kick a shaolin monk in his balls, i he dosn't care. a shaolin would rock a kickboxers world to fucking hard. Shaolin > kickboxers!

no way, yes they might be good, but it depend on how you use it, but try put a kickboxer up vs a shaolin monk. i dont think that the kickboxer would last more then a couple of minuts

sorry but the boxer wasnt using just punches.. so technically he was kicking as well. a kickboxer would always defeat a boxer period.
