Thank you so much, Jani, Rally is a fun way of bonding with your dog, so I hope you and your dog have a fantastic time with Rally! =)

Hi! Yes, when I walked backwards i called "front" each time, and waited until he sat, then walked back two steps, called front, and after he sat, I walked backwards three steps, called front, and finally ended with a finish right, forward. Sounds like you're really working on it, best of luck to you and your dog in Rally!

Great job! I have been watching the novice rally shows on youtube and I have been rading the requlations and I am working on my dogs. I have a question, when you walked backwards and when you dog kept walking and sitting was that the *Call Dog Front-Finish RIght-Forward*? Cause I am trying to learn all the routines. Also which ones do you mainly do in Novice do you know? Great Job again!;)

I agree with raian76...nevertheless, that was an impressive Rally Novice showing!
I hope that you continued on and earned that RN title and have kept training.
My German Shepherd and I are on a quest for an RAE2 at this time...I just posted some videos of that.

Thanks for the pointer, Raian76! We'll keep working on it :)

Nice job Wendy. The only thing distracting from your performance was that your left shoulder was back the entire time. Square your shoulders, it will really help your dog and make you a better team. Keep up the great training! |
