World-renowned and respected skeptics could have told the CIA this for merely pennies if not free compared to us taxpayers having to pay for this nonsense up to 20 million dollars. How sad and idiotic.

I need to practice! I did see something circular that looked like a clock and that it was metallic.

This is amazing! I saw a huge flower hovering above the earth in space with an eye in the center. The petals on the flower were just like the object Russel had! I couldn't believe it. My mission in life now is to master this remote viewing stuff!

Congratulations, you have just used your mind to tap into a non local reality. Actually anywhere you tune your consciousness to, you perceive what is going on n on some level. We do it all the time, just don't know that we are doing it. The most important thing is to separate the noise from the signal. You get an impression and then you try to figure out what it is, just trust the impression without figuring it out and you will stay more on track.

I am a little freaked out, because I thought of a circle with a star in the center of it. I asked myself of what this object could possible be.... I thought what I was seeing might be a coin, but I wasnt sure of any coins that have a star in the middle. And thats when he pulled out the apple slicer.
Not really sure what to make of it. Freaked out... Never done anything like this.

thanks for the info, I had no idea regarding the actual investment figures, I did assume that it would of taken more than that amount though bearing in mind the length of time it went on for, people employed etc

The investing was not heavy compared to other projects. I believe it was only $20,000,000.
