This seems like abit too much to make a jrt pull? I don't know enough about their limits strength-wise, but it sure sounds like abit too much for those small muscles and joints. And also, the screaming from the lady was not too good, she could've used a much more positive tone of voice while still being eager and pushing the dog, instead of making sounds that made her sound angry and threatening. That JRT does not have that enjoyable, excited look like almost every JRT has.
