I agree, not vey educational indeed. Mind what he says: "with one hand, the other hand, the opposite hand" which f...ing hand does he mean why doesn't he say simply left or right hand?

what a pile of crap. I was a swimmer for 10 years, coach for 3... there's no way you're going to get a swimmer to swallow all of that and understand. Wayyy too much terminology.
