I was there - left right after he spoke and walked back to my hotel. Glad I did. And that was the highlight of the Iowa campaign.

I like the line that he will take healthcare away from congress if they don't pass universal health care. I wonder what would happen. Probably they would get an independent healthcare contract, but it would be a media event.

And today, John Edwards dropped out of the race. Sadly, the best people sometimes aren't elected. I will back him always and hope that somewhere down the road he gets back in and runs again. John, you're the best! |
