Ah, I wish you had a camera with better resolution - but what I could see looked great. Amazing - with just a bit of cardboard, some yarn and a pair of scissors. You're very resourceful. I'd love to see what you do with a backstrap loom (also on youtube) It's just a bit of card (you cut alternating holes and slots for the warp) a small stick, a handy doorknob and some yarn.

If you like to sew as well, you might like sandwiching the scraps between 2 layers of mesh and dissolve-able film, stitched on top. Check out the book "Stitch, dissolve, distort: with machine embroidery" by Valerie Campbell-Harding & Maggie Grey
I definitely enjoyed this video. I loved the speed, but I wonder how long it actually took you to get that done. Great Job!
And great music. Do you like Oomph?

Cool. Looks like you did an excellent job weaving the yarn. I can't weave or sew at all. :)

i cut those off and just tie them in with all the others on the sides. i'm not to sure what to do other then that heh.

Do you tie the 2 ends (the ones you weave through) under the card board or smothing or just leave them hanging?

yes, your hands ARE fast!!! Absolutely lovely result of such low-tech creativity.
I hope you have taken advice below....finding a local weavers and spinners guild. Wish I had when I was younger, would not have wasted so many years without support, encouragement, validation, acceptance and appreciation of craft of imagination.
You have a gift.

i remember doing this in elementary school (4th or 5th grade as well lol) and now that i've gotten more into sewing and crocheting (and possibly knitting if i learn it) i was wondering if you could sort of send me instructions on how you do that, i'd really like to relearn this skill and i can't find anything on the internet on how to do it so i'd love the help! thank you!
