ummm... what do u exactly mean by a FOB? He never went anywhere else in the world to be a fresh off the boat :s. This song was shot in Dubai I guess and there are many ppl who look like him there. If he would have been here (in the westerm world), I would definitely consider him as a FOB. Buh' PLEASE know what FOB exactly means
