The Bill of Rights is a literal & absoulute docuement.The 1st ammendment doesn't say u have the right to speak out against the govt unless the govt has a compelling interest in censoring the internet.The 2nd amm doesn't say u have the right to bear arms unless some madman plants a bomb.The 4th amm doesn't say u have the right to be secure from secret seizures unless some Fbi agent thinks u fit the profile of a terrorist..govt has no rights to interfere..freedoms..under any circums Harry Browne

I REALLY hope Obama destroys the USA Patriot act. I'm a Canadian, but this STILL makes me mad that our American brothers and sisters are being so brutally oppressed. Here in Canada, we have something similar called the War measures act. Fortunately, the WMA hasn't been in acted since 1972. Still, the WMA is still possible to in act.
