These are some more exercises I train for my general martial arts functional power. I now use a 10kg weighted vest for most of my exercises. I am only a beginner at using kettlebells so my form isnt perfect just yet but I am loving kettlebell training and cable exercises.

Gonna have to disagree with you on some of your points. However when you do a video of your good and healthy workout then I can compare. Thanks

ok, it is creative but with less quality ! the scuad after the push up is with lordosis, this is definetly no good for your lower back. some rotation movements have to less stability in your center/core. this workout is creative and brings a lot of fun. But under the aspect of good an healthy workout it fails ! good luck !!!

Kismet108, love this stuff! Are you based in India? How can I get in touch with you?

Just experimenting, trying different things and running them. I then test it out in the mat / ring and see if there is any benefit. All in all physical strength / conditioning is great and kettlebells are excellent.

Fair enough by your comments you have a level of knowledge / expertise I imagine. I look forward to seeing your videos showing us how it should be done (do you have plans to?). I dont mind showing what I do as its a hobby / passion and I am open to comments as it may help me learn. So thanks for that.
