This guy's got great rhythm. Missed a few opportunities to see him live in Toronto in the 90s. His shows there were the most consistently well-reviewed during that decade.

This song may have been overplayed, but it's still a classic from the late 90's and by itself sold Odelay in the MILLIONS. I swear, Beck can do anything. If he wants a hit album, all he has to do is hook up with the Dust Brothers.
