I think Wii Fit is contradictory, it's motivating people to get fit but keeping them in front of their TV screens. I also don't believe anyeone would benifit from it as much as if they did proper exercise - Not strenuous, just the real deal. One of the many good reasons to exercise is 'cause it gets you out and meeting new people. Wii Fit may be benificial for those beginning exercise, but if they get disheartened by their Fit score, that's unfair on them.
