there was a movie called Yamakazi with professional freerunners that did some little B&E. They were eventually chased by the police and had to escape over the rooftops of the apartments in freerunner style. The policemens jaws dropped when the freerunners made a spectacular escape jump from the roof

If your body is more flexible and strong, and they do things like this it's likely you're slightly more faster then average people. If these people got into a fist fight, i'd say they'd do well. Maybe they already have, who knows.
