Bullmastiff playing with babys toy

http://www.larsholmgaard.dk Our extremely gentle 150 lbs bullmastiff is laying right in front of our 5½ months old child. Our son is playing with his toy and our dog is watching carefully, at some point trying to lure the toy out of the babys hand. This might look frightening to some, but the situation is quite harmless. We can read our dog like an open book and we are teaching him not to touch any of our sons stuff this gentle way.

No dog can resist a stuffy toy.

Under good ownership a dog would not attack since they view you as a leader. They only attack when given order, or when extremely provoked. If you watch the dog whisperer, you could see him teaching dogs not to attack BUNNIES, let alone a baby.

My Daschund is kept away from kids, he's mean and can bite. My bullmastiff is just like this one and in no way would harm a child. PERIOD. I was not nervous in the least. These are the best, smartest, most gentle animals I have ever come across. When my son fell down she pulled a Lasie and came and got me, barking, etc., until we ran outside and found him. She LOVES children. I would trust her to almost BABYSIT.

i know all you people are saying this breed of dog is good and trustworthy, but lets face it you can never be 100% sure about any animal. i was actually nervous for the baby in this video, what would have happened if the dog had suddenly turned on the child? it was obvious the dog wanted the toy and if he had attacked then the baby would have stood no chance. im a dog lover yes but i would never ever leave a baby with a dog like that, friendly or not.
