8,10T&B means skip the 8th and 10th grommet on both sides of mains at the top AND the bottom. So, counting from the center, both ways, on top and bottom, you skip the 8th and 10th grommet.

So YUlitle, for example, if the pattern was 18M by 19C and it said to skip 8, 10T - 8, 10B, would you do that for both sides of the racquet?? or would the first 8, 10 T be one side of the mains and 8, 10B the other side of the mains?
