何军权，3岁时遭电击 去双臂,为肢残一级。
1995年参加游泳训练以来，何军权每天训练的时间都在4小时以上,至少要在水中游1万米,消耗的体能,相当于在陆地上跑步30公里。没有手臂，训练、比赛时，何军权只能用头撞击电子计时板，头部经常被撞得青一块、紫一块，头上的血痂从来没有消失过。在雅典的一次赛前训练中，由于触壁过猛，竟撞破头皮，鲜血染红了身边的池水。正是靠这种顽强拼搏的自强精神和为国争光的坚定信念，何军权取得了一个又一个的辉煌成绩。
